Female : perception of the qualifier for the municipalities of Irineópolis

PERCEPCIÓN DE LA EFICACIA DEL CALIFICADOR DE LA MUJER POR LOS MUNICIPIOS DE IRINEÓPOLIS

Abstract

The present study has as its theme to know the perception of the citizens of Irineópolis about the qualifier of femicide. The general objective was to understand the perception of the residents of Irineópolis, regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of qualifying femicide to reduce this crime; to study the criminal nature of the aforementioned crime and also the general and special principles of prevention. The methodology used was bibliographical, documental and exploratory, using works by different scholars, legislation and digital articles that present a jurisprudential approach on the subject, as well as the application of a questionnaire. Based on the study carried out, it can be concluded that the citizens of Irineópolis have a negative perception of the qualifier of femicide.
