Access to the legal system as a fundamental right in the Municipal District Mafra/SC

Abstract

This scientific article delas with the right to access to ustice as a fundamental right for economically disadvantaged people in Brazil, therefore, it is necessary to explain this right as a constitutional guarantee, through free legal assistence, its development, and the bodies responsible for economically disadvantaged people. For a better understanding of the subject, at first based on the deductuve method through bibliogrphical research in doctrine, and relevant legislation. In the secon moment, through the method of field/documentalresearch with a quantitative charactersitic in the responsible bodies that provide the population of Mafra/SC with access to justice.
