Abstract

This article aims to question the expansion of the social security system concerned about the access of the elderly and vulnerable population in a context of computerization and development of technologies in the face of care, information and the requirement of their own rights. Evidencing the difficulties faced by this public and the negligence presented to them in relation to the insertion and development of skills that allow accessibility in a more credible and practical way. In addition, the work uses the deductive method considering that it assumes the existence of a restriction on the access of the elderly to social security in view of the expansion of technologies for access. Finally, the result demonstrates a problem to be overcome, which in close periods and future generations, will still be difficult and impracticable. There has been a large restriction on access, especially for the elderly and the in need people in a condition of dependents on social security and of the social assistance.
