Abstract

This article aims to depict the importance of the real estate registration in the real estate timeshare. The Brazilian legal system recognizes property as a fundamental right. In this condition, the real estate timeshare appears. The referred study was accomplished through a deductive method, with bibliographic research on doctrines, jurisprudence, laws and scientific articles published by experts on Civil Law area. The timeshare has direct relation mainly with the registration rights, being one of the goals of this article to point out the important role of the real estate registration in this condominium. Between the species, the main and more applicable is the real estate, which started to be more relevant in Brazil after the regulation of the timeshare through the Law n° 13.777/2018. Finally, it is verified that the real estate timeshare can be a solution to those who intend to purchase a property without much financial cost, since there is legal guarantee through the real estate registration.
