The legal profile of business activities constituted in the municipality of Canoinhas/SC between the years 2010 to 2020

Abstract

The present work aims to verify the legal profile of business activities constituted in the municipality of Canoinhas/SC, in the last 10 years, that is, between the years 2010 and 2020. The article intends to discuss the corporate types that most developed in the municipality of Canoinhas /SC during the period surveyed. The guiding problem of the work was: how many companies started formal economic activities, evidenced by trade categories, in the years 2010 to 2020. The general objective of the research was: to analyze which are the corporate types of companies that stood out in the municipality among the years from 2010 to 2020. Within the general objectives are: to identify the main business activities of the researched municipality; verify the leadership profile of these companies; and, which are the locations where there is a higher prevalence of companies in the municipality. The methodology used was of a quantitative approach, with data collection through documental research, and later, the elaboration of graphs with the percentages of the areas in which the activities stood out by categories was carried out. Within the results analyzed through the research, there was the development and increase of open companies in the municipality of Canoinhas/SC between the years 2010 to 2020, observing a visibly advanced evolution between the years 2018, 2019 and especially in the year of 2020, which totaled the opening of 775 companies. It is concluded, therefore, that the growth and implementation of new business activities in the municipality of Canoinhas/SC was evidenced through this research.
