The territorial approach to development assigns a central role to social actors in the construction of projects that promote resources activation and the confrontation environmental and socioeconomic problems. In this context, the theoretical-methodological framework of the Basket of Territorial Goods and Services proposes the cooperative articulation between public, private and associative actors to promote specific goods and services of the territory. This work aims to characterize the channels and markets accessed and built by family agro-industries in the Serra Catarinense. For this, in 2022, a field survey was conducted with questionnaires applied to thirty family agro-industries in the territory of the Association of Municipalities of the Serrana Region. The research shows that the enterprises diversify their sales, with more than half utilizing two to three channels, primarily accessing consumers within the territory. The market study, associated with the theoretical framework used, reveals that the local value of the products is not restricted to a specific social group.
