The demands of the judicial system are numerous and significant, among these demands are found different formats of conflicts, ranging from the labor sphere to the family. Currently, it is possible to observe the possibility of family mediation in family conflicts as a practice of restorative justice. The guiding problem of the work: what application of restorative justice in family conflicts, especially the technique of family constellation? The objective of this work is to investigate whether there are studies on restorative justice in the context of family conflicts, especially the technique of family constellation. The methodology will be a literature review in books, articles and periodicals already published that discuss parental alienation, family constellation and methods of self-composition. The results found point out that in cases where the parties have great difficulty in reaching a mutual agreement, the application of the family constellation can be suggested. The final considerations show that there is still a need to investigate how many counties already use the family constellation method.
