Brief notes on the influence of the media on the jury court

Abstract

The article analyzes the media that can influence the society to transmit news media such as the influence of the Court of J. The solution is based on the proposal under analysis through the research of Brazil, taking into account the contemporary society, the current means of communication and the finished media through working instruments that is to the jurors in the Jury Court? The conclusion is in the critical sense when it sees how media sensationalism interferes in the criminal process through news with a condemnatory character. The elaboration of this article was methodologically guided by a bibliographic review.
