TThis article has as its object the performance of the organs of protection of children and adolescents in the face of psychological interference called parental alienation, specifically in the city of Monte Castelo - Santa Catarina. The proposal is to verify if the assistance provided by the Specialized Reference Center for Social Assistance (CREAS) and the Reference Center for Social Assistance (CREAS) of the city previously mentioned are efficient in assisting children and adolescents who are victims of parenteral alienation. It is also proposed to explain how the Parental Alienation Syndrome (SAP) interferes with the growth and mental development of children and adolescents. The present article begins with a historical analysis of the family and, based on the rights conferred on children and adolescents, an attempt is made to establish a relationship between the assistance provided by social assistance agencies about parental alienation. For this article, it was adopted Inductive methodology, through a quantitative analysis based on empirical and bibliographic research.
