an analysis of the obstacles faced by individual micro-entrepreneurs

Abstract

The main objective of the present work is to analyze the obstacles faced by Individual Microentrepreneurs - MEI, based on Law no. 13.784/2019, named "The Economic Freedom Law", which had its origin through Provisional Measure no. 915, of 2019, approved by the Senate on August 21, 2019. In order to demonstrate the main obstacles faced by the Individual Microentrepreneurs - MEI of the municipality of Mafra/SC, data collected through the monographic method or case study was brought to light, using also the deductive method as a method of approach. The field survey was conducted on the Google Form online platform, with specific questions in the form of questionnaires, noting the spontaneous participation of Individual Microentrepreneurs - MEI of the municipality of Mafra/SC. In short, it is evident that the three main obstacles currently faced are the difficulty in obtaining credit and money, difficulty in finding cheap and reliable suppliers, and difficulty in planning and organizing the company's growth.
