Abstract

With the increasing increase of judicial demands in recent years, they have been encouraging the autocomposition of conflicts, through the instruments of conciliation and mediation, traditionally linked to the Special Courts. With the adoption of Resolution No. 125/2010 of the National Council of Justice, a new instrument for the amicable settlement of disputes was instituted, translated into the Judicial Centers for Conflict Resolution and Citizenship (CEJUSC), institute that is still in the state stage of installation. The central objective of this research is to analyze the feasibility of implementing the Judicial Centers in the other North Plateau Districts of Santa Catarina. To this end, the theoretical-methodological contribution of the documental, quali-quantitative bibliographic research through the exploratory approach was adopted. It was found that the requirements for the implementation of CEJUSC’s are subjective, but that of viable installation in the other North Plateau Districts of Santa Catarina, as well as in the entire jurisdictional extension of the State of Santa Catarina.
