Abstract

The present article developed the problem of socioeconomic inclusion in Brazil. First, the right to socioeconomic inclusion was presented as a fundamental right, in which the social and economic aspects are intrinsically linked to human dignity. Subsequently, it was commented on the indexes indicators of Brazilian socioeconomic inclusion, in order to demonstrate that one is facing a social demand that needs to be present in the governmental agenda for the full national development; and to this end, we present the philosophy of Alterity as a foundation that can transform this scenario, both social inequality and state contempt and inefficiency. For this purpose the deductive and monographic method was adopted, through the technique of research in indirect documentation in bibliographic research of secondary sources such as books, newspapers, for descriptive and exploratory purposes.

Keywords: Fundamental right. Right to Socioeconomic Inclusion. Alterity.
