The definition of Sustainable Development expands over time and incorporates new nuances to the assessment of how humanity relates to the environment. The movement proposes that Sustainability presents different dimensions, a perspective that arouses the interest of several areas of knowledge, including Law. In this context, this paper intends to establish the systemic relationship between Sustainability and Law, based on Sachs (1993, 2002), Capra and Luisi (2014), Capra and Mattei (2018). The empirical basis for the article is the increasing complexity of society and the relationship between reality and environmental concerns. The research methodology consists of a bibliographical review on the subject organized from the systemic method. This perspective challenges a vision that distinguishes contemporary society and makes it difficult to understand the problem and the solutions. In turn, the new framework enlarges the concept of Sustainability, places the role of Law in the field of debate, and brings the issue closer to everyday life.
