The article has the issue the territorialization of socioeconomic inequalities in Brazil. The objective is to verify the dynamics of inequalities in urban and rural territorialities with the central issue of distributing networks of infrastructure, services and equipment for public use. Such networks, services and equipment are insufficient in rural areas and, therefore, are associated with the growth of inequalities and migration in the national territory. In methodological terms, socioeconomic indicators are related to the spatial and quantitative distribution of equipment, services and infrastructure. The approach the role of the State in the territorialization of urban and rural areas, since the rural area is institutionally incorporated into urban planning based on the City Statute. It is concluded that the inequalities between urban and rural territorialities is related to urban centralities and the polarization of cities.
