This article aims to analyze the perception of students in the administration course, regarding the use of the flipped classroom approach. To achieve this objective, data collection was carried out in two stages. The first stage involved the application of a five-question questionnaire containing a 5-point Likert scale, followed by descriptive statistics to analyze the data obtained. The second stage of data collection occurred through two focus groups, and the data obtained were analyzed using content analysis. The students were quite satisfied with the use of the inverted classroom approach, highlighting numerous advantages they perceived during the process, such as the optimization of time spent in the classroom and a greater possibility of relating theory with practice.
