The objective of the research is to identify the structure of scientific production on Financial Literacy in order to verify which authors provide the theoretical basis for this topic. In the theoretical review, concepts relevant to the topic and the evolution of the studies that portrayed it are presented. As for the methodological approach, it is a descriptive research in which bibliometric analysis was used, using a mixed, quantitative and qualitative approach. The results show that it is a current topic, counting on 71% of the publications since 2015, and that the definitions of the term Financial Literacy have as their central axis the constructs Financial Attitude and Financial Behavior. As for bibliometric analysis, the structure of scientific production that is the subject of this research is made up of eight dimensions, which were called: Financial literacy, Financial skill, Financial literacy in the student context, Financial literacy in the social context, Financial economics, Target audience for financial literacy, Financial planning and Financial literacy policies. Bearing in mind that financial literacy is interrelated with several aspects of individuals' lives, it can be said that the present study makes a contribution by identifying which authors provide the theoretical basis for studies on this topic, as well as the way in which they are grouped by thematic axes (dimensions) in the view of the authors who cited them together (co-citation). For future research, it is suggested that empirical studies be carried out using instruments to measure individual financial literacy.
